Provided Transition Support, ensuring smooth transition to production; Co-ordinated efforts in the team to complete all technical documentation updates, complete production simulations and production verifications on all new work within iteration until it is determined to be stable. Have facilitated user acceptance testing to support business users in executing the user acceptance testing Core expertise in the US Health and Welfare Benefits Administration domain.
