Directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Serves as a liaison between key management personnel and branches. Perform a full range of secretarial duties with a variety of clerical, technical, & routine administrative duties such as preparing correspondences, reports, maintaining filing systems & typing/preparation of documents. Duties • Take charge of the travel arrangements such as bookings and ticket purchasing for all the staff and Senior Managers as per company procedure • Attends and manages calls to the Management Office • Maintain a proper data base for easy location of documents • Serve as main point of contact between staff, Senior Managers and CEO • Controls supply and distribution of Management’s Office Stationery / Office Supply • Arranges, tracks and updates the CEO’s calendar and travel bookings.
