Thanks to ICARUS now it is possible to monitor performances of new distribution centres and provide better services to the customers in terms of delivery. 2009-2010: “HSLM” Hardware Software Lifecycle Management as Responsible for Italy for the project, the scope of this was to migrate from MS i.e.6 to MS i.e.8, all phases of it was managed by me. 2010-2011 Part of a regional team the objective of this team was to harmonize as much as possible the custom applications in EMEA region.Involved as "business analyst", the purpose of this regional project was to reduce the applications’ portfolio by 35% in order to save 50% maintenance costs and effort to handle requests from users, the goal being the creation of a global help desk.
