It was during this time that I developed a deep passion for human-centered design and recognized the importance of catering to individual needs rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach. To further refine my skill set and broaden my knowledge base, I proactively enrolled in an intensive 8-month course at Designlab. This experience allowed me to enhance my expertise in user experience design, preparing me for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Fast forward to the present, most recently I have beena senior UX/UI Designer with over 8 years of valuable experience in the B2C e-commerce industry. For the past 6 years, I have had the privilege of contributing my skills and expertise to Gap Inc., a renowned company in the retail sector. In my role, I thrive in a collaborative team setting, working towards creating seamless and enjoyable shopping experiences for our users. I firmly believe that the successful achievement of business goals relies on effective teamwork and integration within a diverse ecosystem of partners from various disciplines. Throughout my tenure, I have been part of numerous innovative projects, from start to finish that exemplifies ON’s value of Be Customer Curious, Try Fast, Learn Fast, Think Big and Create with Audacity.
