I went to renowned IIT for Masters in Food Process Engineering. I'm just sharing this to assert that if I put my mind to something I make the best out of it. My experience is a mix of both food and pharma. Most years of my experience are with Tetra Pak. I worked in the core engineering/design team and worked on both pre-projects (conceptual) and implementation (detailed). I used AutoCAD for P&IDs (database/ non-database), layouts, utility drawings, and process functional diagrams (PFD). I wrote functional specifications (FS). I have experience with both manual and automatic plant solutions. I used SAP to order material for the site, check inventory, time booking, checking project costs, etc. I also did costing for pre-projects / conceptual for 30-40 projects and worked on 4 detailed engineering projects. I traveled a lot to sites for customer meetings, commissioning, and validation activities. I supervised and managed installation activities on-site from the office. I have expertise in various acting roles during my career which helps me to look at the bigger picture. I joined Hyde as CIP CQV Engineer at Sanofi B100 project site at North York, Toronto. My job duties involved start-up shakedown and commissioning of over 400 CIP circuits like fermentors, microfiltration skids, ultrafiltration skids, chromatography skids, and transfer lines. I also executed riboflavin coverage tests on tanks. I joined Advent as a Process Specialist where I was deployed at Resilience Biotechnology's site for Installation and Operational qualification (IQ/ OQ) of the chromatography columns and skid, tangential flow filtration skid, tanks, and transfer lines. After that my next project was also at RBI site to write IQ/OQ protocols for single-use fermentor trains. I am passionate about two things in my life: my engineering work and helping people in need. I am an Emergency response team (ERT) member with Red Cross Canada and I work towards helping people during emergencies and distress.
