Project: JPMC Global Custody Application - BaNCS V8 migration to BaNCS VL (V14) Business Analysis & Solution - Drive any new functionality right from handling the requirements received from ops, to the solution walkthroughs provided by vendor, laying out testing plans, story pointing and estimating efforts required by UAT and the functionality getting deployed following Scrum Agile/Hybrid methodology. - Worked closely with Prod Devs, UAT & other stakeholders to understand & synthesize various functional and non-functional requirements (BaNCS module level and event class levels) received from Ops, for migration and automation of event processing. Stakeholder Management & Project Coordination Key Competencies: Technical: Proficient in MS Excel, SQL and JIRA Microsoft Power BI for preparing intuitive and interactive reports Knowledge of Statutory Reporting tools (SAP BW, BEx and BPC) & SAP FICOModule. Expertise in handling GL adjustment & reversals. Budgeting & Forecasting and Cost allocation. Project Management: Managed process migrations and set-ups, process enhancements involving co-ordination between multiple technical and business teams. Experience in Agile as well as Waterfall methodologies. Soft Skills: Good communication and coaching skills.
