In 2002, he joined the Technical Marketing team of Electrosteel Casting Limited, actively engaging in multiple water supply and wastewater management projects for municipalities, rural areas, and industrial developments. He also represented the company in various forums and events. In 2005, he became Water Manager at JUSCO, Ltd., where he demonstrated excellence in developing digital asset data using GIS, identifying capacities of existing infrastructure, addressing water losses, and efficiently managing water distribution through creation of DMAs. His expertise then led him to WS Atkins in 2007, where he skilfully led a team of modellers for W&WW management schemes in UK. in 2010, Prashant relocated to Abu Dhabi and assumed the role of Pipeline Discipline Lead at Tebodin. He led multidisciplinary design teams, delivering design and engineering services for major infrastructure development projects. In 2016, Prashant made his way back to India, taking on the role of Head of Water and Wastewater for the Nordics Business at WSP. The projects handled by Prashant's team encompass hydraulic and hydrology modelling, stormwater investigation and management and detailed design of water, wastewater, stormwater and drainage networks for new infrastructure projects.
