Participated in developing syllabus for contract execution management that was approved by PMI, and was widely delivered to both MEA and Europe teams in Nokia. Developed KPIs metrics for cost management, controlling and monitoring customized for MEA projects model and nature. And currently leading Nokia FN projects in South Africa. Across my years of experience, I have been exposed to different types of complex projects, challenges, new entries, boosting business, creating strategy, increasing footprint and driving success.
