I have managed cross functional teams at both the operational and strategic levels. I have a keen interest on corporate governance, risk management and compliance.I am a Certified Director, an active member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa and currently serve on two boards in the development sector. Over and above my formal education, I have also acquired requisite business skills through executive development courses such as project management, sustainable development, integrated African leadership and Scenario planning. I'm a qualified psychological counselor, an assessor and moderator with excellent public speaking skills and have been a delegate speaker at various national and international conferences and platforms addressing audiences at diffrent levels. I have through my youth engagement work ,mentoring & coaching changed & uplifted lives of over 500 vulnerable young people in the Eastern Cape region as well as helped raise millions of rands towards such empowerment initiatives.I have written opinion pieces in support of international development agencies like the Oxfam Australia. In 2014, my contribution towards socio-eco nomic development in the country was acknowledged and recognized when i became a finalist in the Business Women’s Association Regional Business Achiever. Awards , in the Port Elizabeth branch.
