Seeing the evolution of a great project from idea through to completion is a great feeling. There’s a strong sense of satisfaction that comes with knowing you’ve handed over the best building possible. Knowing that it's built to last and people will inhabit it for years to come. We have a diverse range of cultures within the commercial team which also includes a lot more females compared to other local building companies, something I’m proud of.
