In 1976 I joined 7UP Canada as one of the regional QC manager, responsible for all the production facilities in the East of Canada (Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI and Newfoundland); the responsibility included to assure product quality, within the specifications of the 7UP Company, including raw materials and treated water, microbiolgical testing of the products and raw materials was introduced during this time. Wrote a water treatment system reference booklet for the Soft Drink Industry. In 1982, I was transfered to the Head Office, then was promoted as Manager of Quality assurance for Canada, in charge of 4 regional managers, having the responsibility of the 7UP products across Canada with 52 production facilities at that time. 7UP Canada was sold to Pepsi International in 1986. In 1992 Joined Moyal Foods as their plant Manager for Northern Country Beverages, supplying all beverages to LOAB; later I was also responsible for Company concentrated Juices and Spring water production. The Company was sold in 1995. In 1996 Joined Nestle Canada as Technical Manager for the Ready to Drink products, Dairy and Import Specialty Products. Started production successfully of the RTD in 3 production facilities. Specialties: Quality Systems Formulations from concept to manufacturing Plant Operations, start-up operations, Packaging development Products and Packaging Specifications
