Prepared and maintained reports and records for processing. • Evaluated and assessed potential cases of bank fraud and promptly report to risk management • Used inductive reasoning disparate pieces of information and placed them in a coherent whole • Resolved differences and answer service requests and inquiries received from various channels. • Debited or credited customer's accounts as appropriate, process chargebacks or update customer regarding pending claims. • Maintained internal operational and financial control and ensure that they are observed for all assigned cases. • Worked within a team environment to exceed department level benchmarks for productivity and quality.
