At that time still as an employee in telephone support for new customers of Google Ad(Word)s, for whom the success and satisfaction of the customers was much more important than the actual sales goals. At that time, this work required certification as a "Google AdWords Professional", today comparable to the "Google Partner Program". I received the training for this from Google employees who were on site as floor managers at the outsourcing service provider. Ongoing call shadowing and product training ensured that the various features and developments could be communicated to the client in a comprehensible and correct manner. Since 2012, however, this was no longer an issue, as the opportunity arose to optimise customer accounts in the "background" as a campaign specialist. The focus was now on conversions, efficient advertising campaigns and appealing ad texts. I quickly gained a reputation for creating more than just "satisfactory campaigns", but for producing well thought-out, sophisticated concepts. Thus, colleagues had a full-fledged package right away, where one could gain initial experience with a small budget and selected campaigns in a modular way, so to speak, in order to activate further campaigns (and further budget) later with just a few clicks. In most cases, the result was a win-win for all parties involved, first and foremost the advertisers. Absolute enthusiast since 2013, if I may explain Google Ads to others. Not only in my role as an expert trainer (2013-2015), but also beyond. No matter if employees from other departments or during side by side coachings: I am extremely happy to share my knowledge and experience. Familiar with Big Data, ETL and PowerBI since 2015. This was also necessary with the amount of data used for manual bidding on a daily basis. Juxtaposing different "truths" or data sources and steering for success was not possible otherwise. Since 2016, I know how to work agilely with Epic, User Story, Task and Feature. Sprint planning, JIRA tickets and Confluence documents no longer scare me. Since 2019, always at the technological cutting edge as part of TeamBank AG. It would be beyond the scope of this "About me" section to list everything I have experienced since then.
