I am also providing expert witness services in relation to odour in three ongoing cases relating to waste sites (compost and landfill). I have also undertaken detailed air quality assessments for several high-profile Energy from Waste (EfW) and biomass facilities including the expansion of Teesside EfW gaining planning approval in 14 weeks and the Trident Park EfW scheme in Cardiff. This has involved prediction of effects of emissions on human and ecological receptors (eutrophication and acidification) and deposition modelling of metals and dioxins for use in Human Health Assessments has also been required.
