Phil has worked with clients in telecoms, retail, utilities, government, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services in countries from America, Canada and South Africa to Korea, Japan and Europe. He specialised in large scale systems development and outsourcing. At Accenture, Phil became a recognised mentor to help women progress and succeed in the firm and led a number of initiatives to increase the number of female partners. He is a regular speaker on leadership and management with very high feedback scores. He previously held a number of non-executive director positions including Rail Vehicle Engineering Ltd, London Transport Museum and Northern Ballet; and was a Trustee of Richmond Park Charitable Trust. Phil has a BSc in Business Administration and Computer Science from Aston University. Married with twin boys, his hobbies are trains (he owns a steam engine), horses (he is a dressage rider) and ballet (as a spectator). He is a Freeman of the City of London and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (UK).
