Early in my career I was told that creating a brand was critical, but I never really consciously gave it much thought until a Senior Sales VP told me that my brand stood above all others. That year I won Sales Rep of the year and was presented with the award my Michael Dell himself. Funny, I never set out to create a brand, it just happened because I put every ounce of passion and commitment into everything that I do, from family to play to work. Throughout my entire Sales Career I have won many, many awards, but never have I tried to win anything, but the sincere loyalty of my customers by over delivering on every single promise and taking 200% ownership of their success.
