Spent 2 years in a grass roots build out and start up/commissioning of a KBR designed Olefins unit. 4 years working as a technician in the Olefins unit. I was certified on all board jobs and 3 outside jobs. I spent 3 years at a VAM unit as a shift Supervisor. I have spent the past 19 years in Maintenance as a crane and rigging coordinator, facility services coordinator back up maintenance supervisor etc. In 2014 completed an 88 day T/A with around 13,000 lifts, without any crane incidents. We managed 43 cranes around the clock. Just in crawlers we had 1>6800, 1>2800, 3>2250's, 1>999 and 3>888's. We pulled 2 towers along with many exchangers and replaced with new. Main interest is managing crane and rigging.
