I am currently running a Partner and Director development programme (executive coaching, psychometric assessment and action based learning). I have a particular interest in Emotional Intelligence and I am currently working on several leadership projects that utilise EQ tools and techniques with a view to helping people reach their full potential through the understanding and meeting of their own, their team’s and the firm’s, motivational needs. I have great insight and intuition and I am able to make very strong connections with the people, building psychological safety, trust and openness whilst challenging them to strive for their best. I utilise the ADDIE methodology for training implementation, including a full evaluation strategy to ensure ROI/ROE, alongside a 70:20:10 principle for transfer of learning. I also use my previous qualifications in graphic design to ensure that all my material is produced to the highest standard. I have an incredible passion for helping people develop and grow through self-awareness, self-belief and targeted change, whilst maximising the businesses potential.
