My role, Director of Operations, is based in New Zealand and includes responsibility for international operations across Australia, the Philippines, Ghana, Cyprus and Saudi Arabia. We undertake some of the most challenging assignments in aviation to make it possible for industries, essential services, and communities to operate in remote offshore and difficult locations. My background in civilian and military aviation has equipped me with in-depth industry knowledge and the skills needed to lead our operational team as we fly people to some of the most remote and dangerous locations, through some of the toughest flying conditions, and then get them home safely again. For more than 75 years, PHI has been at the forefront of safety and innovation and it is recognised as a global leader in helicopter transportation. I have a proven track record in leading multi-country and complex teams in demanding environments, often partnering with local teams to deliver high quality helicopter and SAR services that provide world class flight operations for our employees and our passengers. In my current role I oversee the implementation of operational standards, delivering world class flight operations, cabin and flight safety and training programmes for our team and our customers. Flying has always been my calling, and I’m proud to work for an organisation which gets people home safely.
