After a period of 15 months, he was transferred to RGE’s energy business group to manage the integration of newly acquired natural gas E&P company based in Calgary, Canada and oversee business performance as shareholder representative. He was subsequently re-assigned to supervise RGE’s Corporate IT and Digital organization and corporate-level functions in Business Continuous Improvement, Knowledge Management and back office Shared Services in HR and Finance & Accounting. With his leadership experience and versatility, he successfully delivered on other major tasks and projects over the five years with RGE, namely (a) establishing a Talent Management System for the Group, (b) leading the Group-level COVID-19 taskforce, (c) establishing the joint RGE-NTU Sustainable Textile Research Centre, and (d) organizing the RGE 55th anniversary event.
