Penny Gore is a I have been teaching for the past 13 years and have worked within a wide range of schooling environments. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenges I have been faced with, especially during my time in London. I feel that I have much to offer as a person and teacher. I feel that I am a dynamic teacher and creative in my approach to teaching, ensuing that the education I deliver to children is both engaging and challenging. I believe that all children are individuals with different strengths and different ways of learning. I believe that it is my role to be supportive of children as individuals and to plan, teach and assess so that each child develops independence and a desire to learn. In this way, children become true lifelong learners, not just receivers of knowledge. I have good communication and organisational skills. I am able to relate to a wide range of people and have a strong affinity for children and young people. I believe in empowering students to maximise their learning opportunities to fulfil their potential. I am trust worthy, reliable and conscientious.
