Identify underperforming areas in the Supply Chain and suggest improvements or resolutions to problems.u2022 Specialize in Trade-In/Buyback/Sub-Rental programs of Test & Measurement Equipments in global market. u2022 Serve as liaison in Sales & Sourcing group to establish and execute the business process in the end-to-end of Supply Chain Management. u2022 Lead a team of business development engineer (BDE), customer service representative (CSR) and buyer on new business process to support customeru2019s requirement. u2022 Drive Sourcing special project/initiative. u2022 Monitor day-to-day operations on Sourcing activities, like customer request, order booking, sales quota, logistic, unit returns, invoicing, payment and etc. u2022 Provide monthly Sourcing Business Fundamental Management report to Senior Management Team. u2022 Provide monthly Trade-In returns forecast analysis for revenue impact projection. u2022 Ensure On-Time Arrival (OTA) of Trade-In/Buyback/Sub-Rental returns are in line with organization goal.u2022 Design, analyze, develop and test on in-house bolt-on systems according to business needs and user requirements by using Informix 4GL and Unix. u2022 Gather business requirements, develop specification & document user manuals with key users in Procurement area. u2022 Help in coordinating with ITSS and users on End-To-End testing, user training, evaluation workshop and etc during new project implementation. u2022 Help in ITSS project management by monitoring project implementation timeline, preparing management reports and presentation slides. Maintain KPI during project implementation.
