After initial experiences I profiled myself as someone who like to solve the technical problems and is passionate about developing a relationship with customer at the same time. In my Application engineer role I was able to establish a cooperation with key decision makers in communication datacenter business. After that I integrated our products (measurement system, power quality analysers, automatic transfer switches and controllers) into their sites and became the main vendor for most of the big players in CZ market. After that I decided that it is a time for the new challenge and accepted an offer for global position of Product Manager at ComAp. Initially, I took over well established line of High-end controllers (IGS-NT) and was part of the development team of InteliGen 1000 and InteliMains 1010. Finally I became the Product manager of these products - new standard of ComAp high-end controllers dedicated for complex applications such as datacenters and hospitals. At the moment I need to make sure that new generation will be well accepted globally. I am training our subsidiaries, distributors, channel partners and customers, collecting feedback and with the help of our internal R&D implementing the requirements into the products. From time to time I participate in commissionings and represent our company on world well known exhibitions.
