This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the DonorPerfect platform and for coordinating the receipt of most gifts. Maintaining and integrating accurate data, particularly related to the entering of gifts is essential. *Creates, edits and maintains records in DonorPerfect; occasionally contacts donors via phone or email to update records. *Manages gift entry process in DonorPerfect including checks, cash, stock, matching gifts and pledges and from various types of third party processing platforms; prepares daily deposits; manages matching gift process with donors and corporate giving offices, and notifies donor when matching gift is received. *Manages the gift acknowledgment process to include letter preparation, mailing and database maintenance. *Provides data for auditors as needed. *Prepare and create reports as needed such as financial, fundraising and participant. *Assists in mailings and special events. *Reconciles monthly bank statement. *Assist with/attend selected fundraising events as needed.*Provided project management and administrative support for the Director of Development and Marketing, Chief Operations Officer, and Director of Human Resources. *Participated in the creation of a Development and Marketing Strategy and annual work plan. *Managed donor database. *Supported new and ongoing programs including individual & corporate giving, grants, special events, and planned giving. *Responsible for all data entry and maintaining accurate donor and constituent records. *Documented, tracked and processed all charitable gifts received in a timely fashion. *Maintained and updated fundraising database with all donor and prospect information. *Consistently monitored the accuracy and integrity of fundraising database. *Processed all financial, constituent and analytical report requests. *Managed mailing lists preparation and direct mail appeals.Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and Development Officer (2006-2011) • Administrative support to Executive Director and Development Officer. • Coordinated special projects for the agency, including conference presentations, grant purchases, website maintenance and development, negotiated better lease prices with agency vendors. • Maintained database for membership, invoices members, and submits data to national ARC.
