I believe in continuous learning and as result my technical abilities have evolved with extensive experience in Mainframe languages PLI/COBOL, CaseTool Coolen, Java and JSP. I am a certified Scrum Master where AGILE practices form part of my day to day working. I am further expanding my technical abilities with the use of the following change management tools, Jira, Dev Ops, GIT and Confluence. Over the last 15 years working in AIB I have become an SME on Credit Applications. My responsibilities include writing detailed Business documents, technical solutions and specifications. I have also provided training and knowledge transfer to new or contract staff. Quality and programming standards are very high on my agenda. I defined and documented the PLI programming standards adopted by Eircom. I am a good team player, building close working relationships with Product owners, Business Analysts , Developers and Testing colleagues. I am self motivated and will always strive to improve the Customer experience.
