My HSSE experience in commercial, strategic, and frontline field roles have allowed me to develop several strengths including: core operational HSSE competencies, HSSE leadership including human performance principles, and behavioural HSSE. My leadership style is based upon engagement and care for people, as such I am a highly motivated individual who thrives on building strong HSSE cultures, leading and developing others, and challenging conventional ways of work to do HSSE differently. During my career, I have formed strong business partnerships and built a strong network with internal/external stakeholders, wider business functions, and counterparts to unlock their safety, cash, carbon, and environmental potential. I am passionate about utilising my operational HSSE experience to play a key part in the energy transition.
