I have diverse executive level experience ranging from front line large scale leadership; head office strategic change, customer and regulatory programmes; and back office technology and digital transformation. I am fortunate to have been a country CEO, COO, Head of Retail, Head of Products, Head of Transformation and Head of Digital and Agile. Recently I led 400 digital experts across China, HK, London and NY leading the HSBC Retail pivot to digital. We doubled Optimisation testing, tripled digital messaging, re platformed 40+ websites and grew customer touch pints to 1bn per annum. Currently I am the Head of Transformation for Europe based in Paris and also supporting the Retail business in MENA to drive customer growth. To keep my edge, continue to develop, and give a little back I hold numerous external non-executive directorships; most recently with the Bank Workers Charity, Sport England and The England Football Association. I am an active board member of the University of Birmingham Business Advisory Board and a member of the United Nations Junior International Chamber. Fluent in Italian and Polish, proficient in French and Spanish, I am also a keen runner and sports enthusiast. I am married to Caroline and we have 2 incredible boys.
