Start up companies with amazing tech, and teams - Early stage organisations with disruptive or market leading technology and a talented and dedicated team. These companies typically need support to grow their product and customer base. We can either work alongside their existing sales team or provide a full outsourced turnkey sales solution. 2. Established businesses looking to supplement their existing sales teams - More established businesses have different needs. Many will be PE/VC backed with all the pressure that brings for delivering sales targets. Most technology companies will underperform from a sales perspective, especially if the tech is particularly disruptive. We act as an insurance policy against short term underperformance, helping supplement the existing sales teams. 3. Mature sales functions wanting to optimise performance - Many mature sales operations may have gone a significant period without an in-depth review of processes and procedures to ensure they are still fit for purpose. We can carry out a full review of sales data and performance, helping to optimise processes to maximise every opportunity and increase conversions and revenue. I'm a father of two youngsters, massive LFC fan, urban cyclist and land-locked surfer with a bad back from playing too much rugby!
