Implementation of Electronic Quality Management, Batch Record and Notebook systems. Resulted in clinical candidates, publications and patents. Manufacturing Efficiency: Systematic drug substance and drug product process development for drug manufacture and documenting chemistry scientific knowledge. Technology transfer packages to ensure efficient manufacture and testing of therapeutic products and maintain company timelines. Regulatory Interactions: Successful business practice of coordinating the multidisciplinary packages required for successful regulatory applications through detailed pre-application discussions with USFDA. Facilitated programs to proceed novel therapeutics into clinical development. Facility Design and Build: Experienced in exploiting new approaches to design and build cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing and testing facilities. Included modular facility for the manufacture of drug substance, parenteral and oral drug products, and open format analytical laboratories for efficient testing of products. This expedited the development timelines for product development programs.
