Having strong communication skills enables me to ensure that everyone understands what we are asking for and need to achieve at all levels within an organisation, I use several styles of communication methods as well as meeting our customers face to face. I am very committed to tasks that I am responsible for and always strive to give my best to achieve productive results. I am always available to answer any questions or concerns from the customer and their suppliers to achieve a quick and professional solution, keeping accurate records and plans for reporting and managing costs to meet set KPI and service agreements.
