These athletes represented nations from all over the Commonwealth. In addition to his extensive clinical experience in early, mid and late stage rehabilitation, Paul has is an experienced educator in this field. This includes having been a full time senior lecturer in Sport Rehabilitation at St Mary’s University. Prior to working as a sport rehabilitator, he worked for 10 years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, developing and delivering fitness, strength and conditioning programmes.
