This has included: - Responsibility for Group cash flow (turnover in excess of A2.9 billion and net borrowings of up to A940 million); - Arranging and procuring of debt funding from the capital markets, including but not limited to: - Bank debt (syndicated and bilateral) - Bonds (including US Private Placement market) - Structured financing - Securitisation - Working capital financing (including Inventory and receivables financing) - Lead role in managing funding requirements for key projects, including working with and managing external advisors (i.e corporate finance, legal and technical advisors) - Managing ongoing relationships with key banking, finance providers and internal stakeholders - Developing a Board of Directors ratified Treasury Policy encompassing all facets of Foreign Exchange, Liquidity, Debt Maturity Profile, Counterparty Exposure and Reporting - Responsibility for Foreign Exchange hedging (exposure of approximately US 1.2 Billion) including the use of complex derivatives - Ongoing reporting requirements to Senior Executives (including board reports, executive team presentations and investor presentations) - Project Sponsor for the implementation of the SAP Treasury Module - Recently appointed head of the Shared Services division (18 reporting team members) assuming responsibility for Debtors, Accounts Payable and Data Governance
