I have over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, where I developed skills in financial analysis, collections, and account management. I am proficient in credit, banking, and financial software and tools, and I have a strong track record of recovering debts and resolving disputes. Since 2021, I have also been working as a technical support specialist at AT&T, where I assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues with their AT&T internet, home phone and televisions. I use my communication and computer literacy skills to provide excellent customer service and technical support. I also schedule field technicians if I am unable to resolve the issue remotely. I am driven by my mission to help people with their technology and photography needs, while also running a profitable and sustainable business. I value professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to both industries.
