Strategic Relationships Develop and maintain close relationships with senior management of key Tasmanian Intermediaries, to understand their values, needs and strategies and to enable the development of products, services and account management initiatives tailored to their needs. People Leadership Lead the CGU Retail Intermediary Market Segment in Tasmania in a way that develops a high performance culture and engaged workforce. Business Development To contribute to the Retailu2019s strategic objectives by identifying new opportunities for profitable growth by developing and implementing marketing strategies. Business Strategy and Planning Assist CGU to achieve Goal 2013 strategic objectives by identifying new opportunities, providing market information and developing, recommending and implementing marketing strategies.Reporting to the Queensland Manager, the role is responsible for QBE Insurance regional office network and all intermediaries outside the Brisbane Metro area and the Gold Coast. The Country Operation is made up of seven Account Managers and 19 Underwriting support Staff. Provide coaching, leadership and direction of the Regional Sales teams in order to achieve or exceed new business, customer retention, business development and NCOR targets, while meeting all legislative and corporate requirements. Execute the channel strategy, by building relationships with intermediaries, developing and coaching Account Managers and providing feedback & liaison with Underwriting Support teams in order to deliver profitable growth for the region.
