This has been achieved with a strong focus on community and stakeholder engagement and the early identification of project delivery risks and impediments to enable efficient delivery of projects. I have extensive internal and external relationships and networks which have underpinned many of the Regions successes, particularly within Local Government, other State Government departments, TAC, Ministers Office and Local Members of Parliament. Throughout my career I have never shied away from getting out of my comfort zone and stepping up into leadership roles and making a broader contribution across the business. As a proven engineering technician and authentic leader with more than 23 years of experience in leadership roles that have centered around building high performing teams and delivering high level of customer service to the Gippsland community, I am most passionate about helping others and want to continue making a tangible by working collaboratively to make it a safer place for those that live in and visit the Region.
