Ø Update of administrative Office work on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ø Making minutes of the meeting and taking feedback from the operation heads. Ø Follow up and obtaining of stock statements wherever required. Ø Maintenance of overall expenses of the Unit, other maintenance, AMCs etc. Ø Coordinating between the managers for clearing party cheques & putting up TOL request. Ø Customer feedback & according tracked. Ø First level follow-up for every system run in the store level for operation’s. Ø Interacting with various departments and business heads. Ø Drafting / Sending mails & letters independently. Ø Coordinating for Meetings, Video conferences, etc. Ø Preparing Corporate Presentation for Team Meetings Ø Ensuring all tasks assigned are completed within the set timelines. Ø Handling inward/onward letters, documents ensuring complete sensitivity and confidentiality. Ø Other coordination works like organizing the arrangements for employee get-togethers on different occasions. Ø Follow up and obtain of stock statements wherever required. Ø Maintenance of attendance & Leave records of employees Procurement of Stationery & Consumables. Ø Handled HR duties like joining and exit formalities in absence of Zonal HR. Ø Daily monitoring of Corporate Accounts.
