Pamela Yates Email & Phone Number | I have been working for the ARCMH for 30 years and have been through many challenges and changes throughout these years. I am a team player and help out in all areas of the accounting department when needed. I have trained on new payroll systems and have been the trainer myself with our last program, Kronos. I have great communication skills and am very patient and willing to take on any new challenges that are sent my way. I have to communicate with staff and our individuals on a daily basis with issues that need assistance along with the daily procedures that are also needed to complete all accounting tasks. I also have completed my Level 1 Teacher Assistant certification and am also looking forward to, if given the chance, to start a career in education. I am aware that the role of Teacher Assistant is more challenging, varied and more meaningful than anything I have ever done before but I want to work in a field where I can make a real difference in people's lives and witness the positive impact of my work first hand.
