Assessing the suitability of prospective adopters; completing Child Permanency Report, Annex A and other reports relevant; undertaking family finding meetings, completing Adoption Permanency Report, familiar with the Adoption Action Plan and a good understanding of the Adoption Minimum Standards and Regulations.
