Ole Vilstrup is a I am running my own consultancy company OBV Consulting since 2007 with focus on complex programme and project management assignments. I have more than 20 years of experience with programme and project management. Before starting my own company I was management consultant in Price Waterhouse, director in Egmont IT and and project director in Schultz Information My project experience includes a variety of projects in different industries in private and public sector. A common denominator for most of my projects has been development or implementation of new complex systems and digital solutions and introduction of agile practices. Since 2018 I have worked in financial sector for SDC. As project manager I have contributed to realize a new component based architecture through delivery of two new major systems: • Platform for credit decisions and approvals • Platform for automated production Other major projects, I have been worked on in the last decade, include: • Merger and post-merger activities - digital companies • Development of complex case management system for public sector • Global SAP roll-out (64 countries) • Implementation of payroll system for 25.000 employees Key skills • Programme and project management • Personnel management and communication in projects • Contract management • Test of IT systems and data migrations
