Oisn Share is a My practice is professional visual communication, with a focus on creative research and design management. My design career has its foundations in freelance creative client commissions and professional design advisory. I am proud to have a diverse portfolio of illustration, photography, motion graphics, corporate & product design, advertising and front-end web design. In my current role as design manager at global accountancy and financial services firm Grant Thornton UK, I work with my design team to Go Beyond and manage the production of market-leading communication, bids, thought leadership and brand campaigns. I manage a creative and dynamic team of four designers. Supporting my professional role, I continue with my personal practice, in which I pursue creative research projects that question our media and communication environment. I also continue to welcome creative commissions, particularly for arts and social enterprises. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Visual Communication from Limerick Institute of Technology, Limerick, Ireland. In 2016, I obtained my Master’s in Media and Communication Studies from Malmö University. An extract of my thesis, centred on the representations of migrants in the UK press during EU referendum coverage, has been published in a collection of essays in 'Reporting the Road to Brexit' (Palgrave 2018).
