DG sets (Up to 2000 KVA) and all LT panels, Capacitor / HPFC panels, synchronization / AMF Panels, ACCL, energy meter installation and sub-Power panels, UPS, cable trays / raceways, earthing and LPS system . FPS Pump Erecting testing and commission with following parameters head, Pressure test, in yard hydrant, sprinkler and water curtains and portable extinguishers. Coordinate with Fire NOC team to complete the task. And Fire command room cross check the talk back system, Public address system and fire alarm system as per cause and effect matrix. PHE pump erecting cross check the head, pressure as per design, water distribution like fire, domestic, flushing and treated water. STP – SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor)(up to 350KLD) requirement and distribution according to design, HVAC low and high side works like Chiller (WCH – 635 TRX 2 + ACH – 320 TR X2 and 380 TR X 1) installation pump room works cooling tower works AHU’s installation and commission. Basement and other common area’s ventilation and exhaust system. Check the WTP system , Elevators, HSD, BMS, Solar system Testing and Commission, Checking the Material technical specification (MAR), DBR, GFC and vendor Shop drawings / As built drawing etc.., Conducting Kickoff meetings of all MEP vendors. Prepare / cross check the work schedule, BOQ, Tender Document, Tender Float, Cash Flow, Budget Sheet, Variation Order, Daily and Monthly Report, MS-Projects Schedule of MEP Services. Factory Inspection / quality checks of (Transformer, panels, cables, pumps, DG’s, chillers, Elevators, AHU’s, Light fixtures) capital equipment’s as per required specification. Weekly Vendor meetings according to schedule and achievement of requirement. Prepare and verify the bills for vendor, clients and tenants.
