She has built an efficient and effective Indirect Tax function through various risk mitigation and cash flow optimization measures. She has set-up of a robust Tax control framework, with strong internal controls and process improvement. Nora has led global VAT & GST standardization projects ultimately leading to productivity gains. Before joining Trane Technologies, Nora had 11 years’ experience within the Tax department of Deloitte and EY, in Brussels. During her career, Nora had the opportunity to work in Hong Kong for the Deloitte Asia Pacific Center of Excellente from September 2011 to January 2013. Nora graduated in Economics from the University of Brussels in 2007 and she obtained a post-master degree in Taxation from the Solvay Business School in 2009. While in her current role, Nora obtained a certification from the Harvard Business School in Finance & Accounting, encompassing courses on Alternative Investments, Financial Accounting and Leading with Finance.
