I was also a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Quality Coach within a UK Contact Center. My area of expertise lies in Quality Assurance within the BPO industry. Years of contact center experience has afforded me the opportunity to delve into the quality sector of the business and understand the underlying elements that help to shape the success of each campaign that I have been a part of. The BPO industry has contributed immensely in the development of my career and allowed me to experience all parts of the industry. I have worked with the UK clients to understand the dynamics behind the offshore process of the fast paced BPO environment and in doing so I have been exposed to the factors that contribute to making SA the geography of choice in this line of business. Furthermore, I have gained a strong positive reputation amongst employees and managers at all levels in the business because of my commitment to supporting the delivery of performance improvement initiatives and projects.
