Interface with, and provide technical guidance for the activities of consultant engineering contractors as required.  Provide technical reports and assist in preparing management reports and attending project meetings.  Ensure current International Standards and approaches are used and implemented where appropriate  Ensure that all suppliers equipment is in compliance with design specifications  Verify, inspect & witness installation, testing and commissioning of all major electrical components in substations including transformers, HV & LV switch gear, control gear, earthing & lightning protection bus-bars, panels, auto change over switches, voltage regulators, distribution panels and their associated wiring.  An effective communicator & leader with strong analytical, logical, problem solving abilities
