Nina Reinholt Email & Phone Number | Expertise and Areas of Interest I am an experienced clinical psychologist and a researcher in psychological treatments for complex anxiety, depression and related disorders in psychiatry. My expertise is psychotherapy intervention research using meta-analysis, cohort studies, and multi-center randomized controlled trials, including study design, project description, project management, statistical analysis (SPSS), and dissemination of results. I have solid clinical expertise in individual and group psychotherapy for the anxiety, depression, and related disorders, as well as solid expertise in teaching, training and supervision of clinicians. My core competency is transdiagnostic CBT of the emotional disorders. My research focus on : • Developing new psychotherapeutic treatment methods adapted to the clinical practice to secure implementation • Increasing the effect of and reduce dropout of psychological treatments • Training of therapists in competently delivery of evidence-based psychotherapy in psychiatry • Selecting patients for psychotherapy to provide differentiated and personalized treatment to the individual patient I am a certified trainer in the Unified Protocol for Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders (Unified Protocol). I have developed a Danish group version of the Unified Protocol for use in Danish psychiatry. In collaboration with Sidse Marie Arnfred, Anne Bryde Christensen, and others, I have finalized a large national, multicenter, randomized trial including 291 patients with anxiety and depression (TRACT -RCT), investigating the effects of Unified Protocol groups versus standard cognitive behavioral therapy groups. An important focus in my work is to inform my research by the clinical practice and vice versa. I am chairman for the coordination group in the Theme-Based Collaboration (TBS) in Region Zealand Psychiatry, which aims to bridge research and clinical practice. As part of this work, I am currently implementing Unified Protocol group treatment in the outpatient psychiatric clinics in Region Zealand Psychiatry.
