I have gained Fellow status of the IAPP and the Institute of Data and Marketing, am a retired Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited mediator. I currently sit on the Governance Committee of the Data and Marketing Association and the Royal Dublin Society Board of Management. I am a member of the CIMA Eastern Region Branch Committee of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) as an FCMA and was a member of CIMA’s Research Advisory Group. I am a past Co-Chair of the ICC UK Digital Economy Committee, the Commerce & Industry Group www.cigroup.org.uk and am immediate past President and Chair of In-House Counsel Worldwide www.inhousecounselworldwide.com. I held a seat as the UK board member of IFAC's International Ethics Standards Board and the UK DCMS’ Legal Deposit Advisory Panel.
