My mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based, and individualized therapy services to children and families. I have a Master's degree in Psychology with a Concentration in ABA, and I am an active member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI). In August 2023, I decided to open my own company. Bloom and Grow Therapy Center, a center that provides Speech and ABA therapy to children and adolescents. We set ourselves apart from other centers by creating an inviting and engaging environment that fosters learning and growth. BG uses humanistic and holistic approaches that place the children's interests and family goals at the foundation of treatment. While collaborating with a team of qualified and compassionate therapists who share the same vision and values. Prior to this, I worked as a BCBA at Acorn Health for 4 years, where I designed, implemented, and supervised individualized behavior intervention plans. I learned how to conduct and implement PFA/SBT protocols with Greg Hanley’s and mentored staff and parents. While at Acorn Clarkston, I created multiple client group program such as interactive stations, circle time levels, and mock classroom curriculum. I also had the pleasure of being part of Acorn’s practicum supervisors program, where I was able to help shape and grow the future BCBA students.
