I am active on advisory and charity boards, a certified mental health first aider and ambassador for Mind HK. I also received the Insurance Business Asia Elite Woman 2023 award. During my 10 years as a certified coach, I have guided a wide spectrum of people: from entry-level interns to job seekers to retiring executives, accompanying them through transitional and pivotal moments in their own careers. This rewarding journey fuels my commitment to working with individuals as they design a life that creates space to be the best version of themselves while navigating various personal challenges. I have learned and grown personally as I engaged with people facing discrimination in the workplace due to race, gender, sexual orientation, or disability, or those who went through significant life transitions such as retirement, menopause, or a return to work as new parent. Whether I am coaching individual clients or collaborating with a partner organisation, my approach is rooted in empathy and innovation. I leverage a framework that focuses on the systemic challenges people face, then apply human-centred design techniques to uncover inventive solutions that are useful for individuals to navigate through complex choices. With this purpose in mind, I established my own business CoNEXTion to support people to articulate aspirations, be empowered to action, and achieve meaningful transformation in life and business.
