My coaching study and practice focus on leadership and organisational performance (in corporates or organisations). I coach impact driven professionals to discover their identity, drive and leadership style so that they can thrive! The process often involves creating a vision for your future, focusing on it and aligning your thoughts and actions to this vision. It’s painful, yeah, but it’s worth all the effort. I engage in both personal and executive coaching arrangements and have supported tenths of people in discovering their true identity, respecting it and evolving. I am also a Network Co-leader for “Lean In Network Greece (Athens)” (www.leanIn.org), the Greek arm of the international women empowerment organization “Lean In”. My focus is developing the network for high impact, partnering with organizations and companies around Greece who are committed to creating more equal workplaces and supporting women leaders in their roles. I am also a women’s mentor with WomenOnTop (www.womenontop.gr) and a big supporter of their work for a more equal future for all. My energy comes from being surrounded by youth. Being a mama to 4 young boys helps - all I need is to breathe in their energy and all fatigue evaporates. Aaahhhh!!! I also act as youth mentor for 100Mentors and have been voted Top Mentor for 2019. Working with youth reenergises and excites me, it’s a soul quenching pursuit. I am an ambassador for food saving NGO Boroume and frequently volunteer wherever there is need. I also act as a non-executive board member of a projects group. My interests and work are all driven by a real passion for knowledge and constant growth. I openly admit an obsession with audiobooks.
