The scope covers functional and technical support and maintenance requests on HR systems (utilizing SAP SuccessFactors) including but not limited to global and regional processes: Employee Profile Management, Roles and Authorization, Talent Development (e.g. Skills Management, Employee Ranking, Performance Assessment) and Learning. The scope includes all SAP related process and system requests and extends to all HR related requests. The skill which I consciously think I am fortunate to have is being able to adapt around different people, this enables me to work in a team.
